Regarding all of the information above, it seems that the pros of carbon-capturing devices outweigh the cons. Firstly, from figure 1, you can see that the sum of carbon stored is five times more than the sum of carbon emitted by the plants. Secondly, figure 2 indicates that rectisol is the most efficient method to extract carbon from the air. The rectisol method captures almost 35,000,000 kilograms of carbon from the atmosphere, while the other methods capture roughly 10-20,000,000 kilograms of carbon. Overall, our data and calculations clearly indicate that carbon capture has many benefits.
